Overview
To keep quality of video materials and make sure that the video content is interesting to targeted groups the video topics need be evaluated by real consumers.
Social Research is a set of applications aimed to create, conduct and analyze results of social research campaigns.
The package consists from 3 applications. Web application is run in the intranet. Here a user with appropriate privileges creates new campaigns. The campaign goes through business flow process during which evaluation criteria are defined, video attached and the campaign is approved. After approval a moderator user downloads the package generated by the system upon approval. The package holds moderator's desktop application and the desktop application for conducting research sessions. The evaluated video is bundled into the package. Moderator could go to any place where the research campaign should be run. Moderator’s application asks for details of people who take part in the pool and then each person is expected to evaluate the video material. For national campaigns the evaluation sessions are run around the county. After all the sessions are run the results of evaluations are uploaded to the web application. In the central office the results of the campaign are review and analyzed. Separate results for different age, sex and social groups could be retrieved.
