Colora – Matching colors

Overview

Colora was created for the "Colorjinn" company. The application is installed in stores were the paints are sold.

Large touch screens are placed near paint products with Colora launched in full screen mode. Customers interact with the Colora in easy and funny way. Predefined images could be selected from wide range of categories and then brand paints applied over them. Images are in special format with defined zones so one click paints a whole wall or part of a furniture. Painted elements keep a surface structure and all light and shadow elements. The final image is very close to what can be retrieved in a real world. After playing with Colora customers have understanding what exact colors they need to buy.

Colora is integrated with http://kleurchef.nl. Customers could take pictures of their own house, upload pictures to the kleurchef.nl site, go to a store and apply colors upon their house.
