Romexsofters will visit Startup-Safary in Berlin

Romexsoft team will attend Startup Safary event which creates days of open doors for startup ecosystems in Berlin.

On April 28-29, 2016, Solomiya Zahray and Halyna Levko aka Business Development Team at Romexsoft will visit Berlin to attend Startup Safary Berlin which offers a chance to have an inside look at the most interesting startups in the city!

We chose Berlin as our next destination due to its being home of inspiring and successful entrepreneurs and startups and famous Europe’s central tech hub.

And the concept of Startup-Safary caught our attention when startups, investors, accelerators, incubators and coworking spaces open their doors for strangers. The final goal is to open up the startup scene a bit and bring the community together by showing a whole picture of Berlin’s startup ecosystem.

Berlin’s StartUp

About the concept

The general idea is to visit the coolest startup offices which you are especially interested in and learn from their experiences. There are approximately 15 sessions available daily so there is always something everybody can visit. The companies are quite different, from large e-commerce business, small startups to banks. Overall, there are more than 100 offices around the city with different types of events from workshops, office tours, Q&As, meetups to pitchings & parties. The companies themselves decide what format to use, time and how many participants they can host.

The event is usually listed at the map and locations are divided into categories. You can create your personal schedule choosing the events based on your interests and proximity.

About Startup Safary

It’s a two-days event where you have a chance to visit the offices of Berlin based startups, investors, and accelerators. During their visits, you get an opportunity to network with startup founder, teams and other to learn about their best practices in numerous business industries.

Startup Safary is an overview of what Berlin can offer in terms of startup work opportunities, investments or co-founding a startup as a constant expanding startup ecosystem.

Besides office tours and sessions, the program is full of networking events taking place all over the city. The participants are mostly startups, investors, agencies and accelerators as well as incubators and co-working spaces. Instead of making a one place event, Startup Safary will take you on a personal tour around the city to grasp startup culture in Berlin, to see the working methods and current tendencies.

The aim of Startup Safary is to provide a gateway to the startup ecosystems around the world for all those who’d like to work, build, invest or work with startups.

Solomiya and Halyna will network with numerous startups, developers, mentors, and accelerators to build relationships and showcase them Romexsoft technological expertise in software development services.
