Summary:

Romexsoft team is looking for a qualified Lead Generation Specialist to boost our sales process.
You will report directly to Sales and Marketing Director to improve lead generation & qualification system.


Responsibilities:

  • Daily research and generate leads
  • Initiate the first contact with potential clients
  • Follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Maintain leads records in CRM and prepare sales reports
  • Arrange calls/meetings between BizDev/Engagement Managers and potential clients

Requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (B2-C1);
  • Result-oriented, hard-working, attentive, responsible, team-player, with strong problem solving skills
  • Understanding of the lead generation process
  • 1 year of experience in one of the following roles: lead generator, sales analyst, marketing analyst, sales specialist;
  • Excellent self-organization and time management skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and work

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Good knowledge of AWS
  • Configuration management (Ansible/Puppet/Cloud formation/Chef)
  • Continuous integration (Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo)
  • Good knowledge of Docker
  • Orchestration Kubernetes, ECS, ACS

This role has a direct impact on a Company’s organizational success as it provides and owns the hole sales process.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales
  • Define and propose a sales strategy
  • Build and manage effective sales and marketing teams
  • Design and own sales process, coordinate and integrate business development activities
  • Define and execute sales plan. Ensure that business objectives are optimized and sales retention and growth targets achieved
  • Research, prospect, and contact potential customers on US market

  • Implement new features on a back-end side;
