Agile methodologies and practices used by our teams help our clients and partners to stay focused on most important business things while we do the technical part. To achieve the best result we actively use SCRUM and do sprint planning, stand-ups and demo meetings with our clients.

Through all development process we use an automated Continuous Delivery model based on our 2 weeks SCRUM sprints. The main benefit of our working process is that we are able to push new features (including automated regression testing, manual integration and acceptance testing) every 2 weeks to production.

Usually we start projects with 4-5 Developers and then naturally extend the team on demand. In other words, start small and scale up. It works well for initial acquaintance and building long term & partner relationships.

Cooperation Models

Advantages

  • Fixed Bid
  • Suitable for small and medium-scale projects with strict specifications from the beginning;
  • Timeframe and cost are pre-defined before the start of the project;
  • No supervision is required from the client’s side, all requirements are specified beforehand.
  • Time And Materials
  • It uses agile methodology, a good fit for a big scale and long-term projects, when the final product can’t be predicted on the initial stage;
  • Negotiable and flexible budget and low risk for both partners;
  • Vast client’s control of the entire project, any task or improvements are implemented on demand.
  • Dedicated Team
  • Suitable for long-term projects where requirements are rather broad and scope changes frequently;
  • Budget is predictable, but workload and scope are not fixed;
  • Control over the dedicated team members that have deep understanding of the client’s expectations and objectives.
